Warranty Policy

Superior LED warranties its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase on your original invoice. During this time frame, Superior LED will repair or replace at its discretion any parts or electronic assemblies of the unit upon proper inspection. Warranty services will be provided to any Superior LED customer during the 1 year period with no charge. Customers will only be responsible for shipping charges to Superior LED. Warrantied merchandise needs to be sent to Superior LED Warranty Dept. at 840 Nashville Street, Russellville KY 42276. Please supply a copy of original invoice, personal name, contact information and return shipping address. Warranties are non transferrable. Warranty claims must be submitted by original purchaser. Warranties can take up to 30 days to complete, most of the time 7-14 days. Thanks!

Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Delivery:

Items in stock are shipped out the same day or next day through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We use priority shipping for all orders and it generally takes less than 4 days to receive your product. Custom built items or items not in stock can take up to 14 days before they are shipped.

International:

International shipping is available. Please contact us at (270) 717-1120 for a shipping quote.

Returns:

Superior LED stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a ten (10) day return policy from the date of your original invoice. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Any product that is not returned within 10 days from the original invoice will not be eligible for refund.

In order to receive a refund on returned merchandise the items must be 100% complete and returned in their original box with no damage. Returns that appear to have been installed, damaged or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be well packed and insured. We are not responsible for damage done to returned items. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 14 days to process refunds.

Buyer always pays return shipping unless item is dead on arrival. If item is DOA then buyer must return it in original box and submit a copy of the receipt. Only exact shipping charges will be refunded

Terms and Conditions

Superior LED is not responsible for the misuse of lights. Superior LED recommends that you check with your local law enforcement agencies to determine the lighting colors that are legal for your state based on the line of business you are using these products for. Superior LED is not responsible for items falling or flying off vehicles. If you are planning on using any type of light at a high rate of speed they need to be permanently mounted!
